You know Alan wanted to hear about Kevin at the end of the movie it was written all over him. But he didn’t get his much deserved answer. Left out of the loop he should have been in already.
“The least Kevin could have done was given Alan a message” God knows the man needed it
If Alan had gone to the Arcade instead of Sam, or heck both of them there and gotten sucked into that trap. (I think it was meant for Alan to begin with) But the dif would have been more climactic, especially when they first meet Rinzler. That would have been wicked to see Alan with Tron for the first time .
I also think Alan would have been greeted by Flynn with a Hug on the scale of Tron’s hugs
I also think Alan would have been badass and quickly adapt to his hacker style . Would have been amazing to see what sort of moment/Insults/jokes Flynn and Bradley would be the subject of.
The Meeting though Of Tron and Alan would have been really cool, would make my Tron fan circle complete, You have CLU/Flynn and Tron/Alan oh epic-ness to the digital jazz and beyond.
They said there is an alternate ending when Qourra runs into Alan and recognizes him as Tron, which makes Alan think , also Alan was thrown a jump drive with the keys to the arcade and Sam Asks him if he can fix it.
Wait---alternate ending?? o_o I have not seen this!
Interaction between Tron and Alan would be so awesome, I'm not sure how he'd react to that one, bewildered and surprised? Freak out? With Alan and Flynn side by side, they'd kick so much ass in the Grid but I think Alan's age would be the downfall, he's not very athletic looking >.> anymore...
Alan is younger than Kevin, he’s more athletic than you think, The guy who plays him Bruce he too is younger than Jeff Bridges , he gets around in films he’s insanely tall also XD
They did Motion capture not only On Bridges face but on Bruce and I mean the full standing in the light globe yelling screaming saying iconic lines for hours, they have all that for TRON.
I don’t know why they didn’t use it..
You know I think though just Alan’s presence on the Grid would Cause chaos amongst security programs that try to touch him. Clu would love to capture him, Imagine Sam getting away But Alan figuring things dif gets stuck with Clu. Clu would use Alan as bait also Sam nor Kevin would leave him there. Alan being also the light of the system would cause massive awakening of security programs that had been put in lock down like Tron. I would even think Clu would lock Rinzler up with Alan to see if anything happens.

As for the TRON and Alan being together, Tron would Fight and Alan would hack defense Offense. Would be awesome!!
Alan does know Tron looks like him, because of the comic books and games Flynn did.

As for the alternate ending I hope it’s on the DVD they said there are a couple, but those bastards always leave us with torches and pitchforks asking for more XD

*Rinzler peaks around a corner trying to figure out why that man is soo familiar starts sneaking up on him to see what hes doing, Alan doesn't realize hie's beind him and ends up whacking him in the forehead causeing a moment of clarity for TRON to realize who its is in front of him*
Alan: Ouch what the hell was that
Rinzler: "ALAN_one!!!! *Clings to Alan* >3 wtf moment On Alans part. . . .
Yeah I myself went hunting on the DVDs (Got the 5 disc set with the original movie and things) and the suckers don't have the dif endings. .. Bastardos! but I was pleased they hinted Kevin Called called Zak and IsoThinker Alan-Tron just made my day.
Yeah those pictures are damn hard but they are looking cool!
Awesome!! I got the same one, the 5 disc bluray collectors right? I'm not too happy how they packaged it being all on top of one another, could have at least made it like one of those rounded CD holders with flip sleeves.

Flip sleeves don't package well, chance of scratching during shipment is extreme,
You know I wish the would just go digital and put movies on jump drives, there is no scratching and its 10 times more portable
